Using the Folder Gadget in Google Sites for Student E-Portfolios

What a great tip!
When I used e-portflios for the first time in the Spring of 2015, many students were confused about what Docs to include and when to make a new Doc in the revision process.
I truly want these e-portfolios to be very user-friendly so that my students will not feel overwhelmed with the technology.
I reworked my "Writing Process" steps with more specific information about this, and then I stumbled upon this great idea from Jonathan Wylie's site. Using the "Folder" gadget will alleviate the inserting a Doc step for each new Doc in the revision process. The folder must be set to public on the sharing settings though.
